The Workplace App can be used by Facilities, Front of House, and Administrative staff to access the Kahu system and provides insights and reporting into how your bookable resources are being used.

Our cloud-hosted platform integrates seamlessly with software packages such as Microsoft 365 and is designed to fit seamlessly within your working models. When booking rooms, users don’t have to learn new software – they can continue to use Outlook with no need for plugins.

Admins can also administer all bookings and assign and control users permissions for systems such as building access control and desk and locker booking, all via a single user-friendly interface.
